A diverse group of adults taking part in an outdoor AMI fitness session

Move better. Think clearer. Live stronger.

Inclusive movement experiences that build strength, mobility, endurance and confidence—from energetic Bootcamp sessions to adaptable DDPY.

Real people. Real movement. Progress that fits everyday life.

The AMI approach

Built around people, not a generic programme.

Movement supports the body, the brain and everyday performance. AMI Fitness combines purposeful coaching with scalable activities so participants can build from where they are now.

DDPY

AMI Fitness featuring DDPY

Not just yoga. Not just fitness.

DDPY was developed as an adaptable fitness system for real bodies and real starting points. It combines yoga positions, traditional calisthenics, rehabilitation-based movement principles and Dynamic Resistance to build strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular engagement with low joint impact.

Make the workout your own

Participants use modifications, supports and an appropriate range of movement. Beginners, active adults, students, staff, parents, community groups and athletes can all work at a level that makes sense for them.

Dynamic Resistance

Muscles work against one another through a movement, helping turn controlled positions into a challenging whole-body workout without relying on heavy equipment.

01

Low joint impact

Purposeful movement and modification can build a demanding session while remaining considerate of the joints.

02

More than flexibility

DDPY integrates strength, core control, balance, mobility and cardiovascular effort—not stretching alone.

03

Mindset matters

Consistency, ownership and working from your current ability are central to the DDPY approach.

An inspiring DDPY story

Never, ever give up.

Arthur Boorman’s story is one of DDPY’s best-known examples of persistence, adaptation and taking ownership of change. It is shared for inspiration; every participant’s circumstances and results are individual.
